ABOUT US
Welcome to our “Sweet House” - yes this is the English translation of our name! (Sæta Húsið). We are located in the heart of Reykjavik. Fun fact: the house we are in, was built in 1871 by carpenter Guðmundur Jónsson and is the second oldest on Laugavegur street at the moment.
We started our journey here in May 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Anyway, our mission to introduce rolled ice cream as a first in Iceland won with common sense. Our ice cream is 100% hand crafted and home made.
After a few months of existing in the market we adjusted our offer for bubble waffle and breakfast.
We are trying to keep everything simple and tasty!

We offer breakfast, bubble waffles, rolled ice cream, and hot and cold drinks as well. Vegan options are available!
